Since I am expected to select several general education subjects at Seneca during my next semester, I have decided to undertake the study of French language and culture which I would like to continue for the next two years.

GOOGLE LOCAL GUIDE
I have realized the huge possibilities that this app gives me to know the area surrounding me at any time. I can discover new places to go or visit. Furthermore, I can show others where I have been, which places I do like or where they could go if they are in the area. I am studying tourism and this google map extension it is really interesting. I am now level 7, my goal is becoming max level and top local guide.
Mobile Intensive Learning Experience CRUISE PROGRAM
In February 26 2017, I enrolled in Seneca’s MILE Program. It allowed me to develop more of a global perspective while also allowed me to earn an academic credit. It was congruent with me self-growth goals of developing a better understanding of aspects of different cultures.
GOALS & PROJECTS
Presently, my number one goal is to finish Tourism program at Seneca at the top of my class. My complementary goals are to learn Mandarin, take part in Seneca’s MILE program and become Google local guide level 5. I am convinced that all of the above will contribute to both my career in tourism as well as to my personal growth. I also value team work. Therefore, I am going to participate in various obstacle runs this summer, such as Spartan Race and Mud Hero, as a team member.
My ultimate plan is to find a good fit in the Tourism Industry, a place where I can continue developing my professional skills and personal growth, such as improving my English language skills, meeting new people, and getting to know more about other cultures. In other words, I am interested in a job where I can continue learning, training and growing.
